We are a large venue and we are not able to reserve outside tables. However, tables normally are available, but you will need to arrive earlier on our busiest days if you want a particular table, e.g. for the World Cup Final or a live music event.

Our breakfast menu is served:

Monday to Friday between 09:00am – 11:30am
Saturday 08:00am – 11:30am
Sunday 08:00am – 12:00pm.

Our main menu is served Monday to Friday between 12:00pm – 9:00pm and between 12:30pm and 9:00pm on Sunday.

Yes, outside and within the indoor lower deck area, if properly controlled and on a leash. Please consider others, as we are a family venue.

When England matches aren’t on - our usual policy, as detailed below will apply.

All under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible person who can meet the requirements of Challenge 25.

Please bring suitable identification if you appear to be under 25.

Our current restrictions are:

• Sunday to Thursday: All age groups will be allowed to stay until 22:00, thereafter over 18s only.

• Friday and Saturday: Under 18s are allowed on the premises until 19:00.

Exceptions to the above:  Under 18s are allowed to stay until the completion of a meal or party/event/function booking. Under 18s will then be expected to leave the premises at the end of the relevant booking.

Yes! Isaacs offers a 20% discount on all food and non-alcoholic drinks for students, University of Suffolk lecturers/support staff, members of the armed forces, National Health Service workers, and emergency responders. Simply present your server with appropriate identification to take advantage of this offer.

During exceptionally busy days, we may have a bar snack menu in operation, offering a selection of our favourite dishes, with specials also available. This is to enable us to meet the high demand of a popular venue with potentially many hundreds of diners ordering at the same time. Thank you for your understanding.

We operate a relaxed dress code.

You can stay casual, so as long as you are not caked in mud or wearing anything too objectionable you should be just fine.

Please keep your top on (we are not quite on the beach) and please refrain from wearing steel toecap footwear.

We reserve the right to deny entry if we require to do so.

Last entry is generally 30 minutes before the stated closing time.

Isaacs operates a Challenge 25 policy, which will require any person appearing to be under the age of 25 to prove with appropriate identification that they are at least 18 years old.

Isaacs is a safe venue, in part because we have licensed door staff.

We have always been proactive about security and the safety of our customers and staff.

As a listed building, we also have to monitor the number of people in the venue and enforce strict fire regulations.

Yes, we serve cask and keg beers, including a selection produced by our sister venue, the Briarbank Brewery. Please ask your server for details on which beers we have available. You can find out more information about The Briarbank here.

Yes, although much of Isaacs is a listed building, we have ramps, slopes and lifts in operation to enable access to almost the entirety of Isaacs.
