We have tried to keep the scheme as simple as possible and also not to promote irresponsible consumption of alcohol.

Points can now be collected and redeemed at all our sites - Isaacs, The Gardeners Arms and Venue 77.

For each pound spent £1 earns 5 points rounded to the nearest .20p.
e.g. £5.60 would earn 28 points

We are preparing a list of items which the points can be fully or partially redeemed against such as:-

Isaacs Merchandise
Priority entrance to Isaacs for events such as;
NYEve, Sports & Music events.
Meal Deals etc
Room Hire @ Isaacs
Loyalty member's evenings such as:-
Murder Mystery Evening, Wine Tasting Events, Medieval Banquets.

Once you have completed the application form and been allocated your numbered loyalty card, we will keep you informed of the current offers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Membership is open to UK residents only.

The card is issued by and remains the property of Bentleys Restaurants Ltd (BRL). BRL reserves the right to decline, issue or withdraw the card at any time. Cards inactive for more than 6months maybe cancelled automatically and points lost.

BRL reserves the right to withdraw or amend any part of or the entire scheme as necessary at any time. No cash will be exchanged for points under any circumstances.
The card must be produced at the time of ordering to obtain the reward points earned. The card is not transferable. Lost or damaged cards will incur a £5 admin charge to replace.

Your details and information about your transactions will be used by us to send you relevant membership information and correspondence that may be of interest to you (unless indicated otherwise on the application form). Your information will not be disclosed to third parties.
