- Bentleys Restaurants Limited accept debit and credit cards, we do not accept cash or cheques.
- All prices are subject to VAT.
- We require 50% deposit of the total booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Room hire is included in the price. Minimum numbers will apply.
- The final payment will be due 14 days before the event.
- If the event is cancelled within the 14 days before the event, no money will be refunded.
- Please inform us of your point of contact.
- Each party should choose one option, either a three-course dinner or buffet.
- Final numbers, seating plan with names and menu choices must be submitted along with your final payment, 14 days before the event.
- Bentleys Restaurants Limited cannot hold food for late arrivals.
- Serving times will be given on confirmation of booking.
